I am resident of Jodhpur City, Rajasthan, INDIA. I have made various studies on the aspects of the Natural Causes and investigated the expert’s reports to find the root causes of "Groundwater Depletion" in Northern India. I developed a concept on Groundwater Depletion and reported in Jan 2010 to State Government and Government of India that Deeper Multi-Aquifer Tube Wells is responsible for Groundwater Depletion.
I mentioned that we are losing groundwater at alarming rate. We are looking over only one aspect – that immense pumping of Groundwater for irrigation and other industrial purposes is responsible for Groundwater Depletion, but we are not looking over the another aspect – that is "Intra-Bore Well Flow" of groundwater between the aquifers due to deeper Multi-Aquifer tube wells but missed to involve that Volume of Groundwater which we are continuously losing without being pumped and tried to draw the attention of the Presidents/Prime Ministers of other countries.

In more simpler words Un-Pumped Lost Groundwater is Still not Estimated to study the cause of Groundwater Depletion its consequences with Global Warming – “That is Curable” I claimed.
I established that due to absence of higher Groundwater Level we have no evaporation of water from the Ground Surface which is essential to minimise the Solar Radiation to heat the Ground to the minimum to keep it cool; as such there is a very serious correlation between the “Groundwater Depletion” & “Global Warming”. @ http://concept-of-global-warming.blogspot.com/
I applied for various information in the office of Prime Minister Office under RTI application and FOIA Application at NASA, EPA & USGS. All replied that data is not available nor no research has been made till date on the required information. Only USGS has given the data for Point 11 of FOIA Application. I have written letter to the Government of Various Countries to save Earth mentioning that the “Groundwater Depletion” and “Melting of Glaciers” rate is accelerating, the Groundwater is disappearing, public is digging deeper wells creating Multi-Aquifer Tube Wells – Creating mechanism of Intra-bore well flow at higher scale, consequently we have faster Groundwater Depletion & more Global Warming, which is evident in the form of Heat Records set in March this year.
As expert estimated overall impact in next 30-40 years, but I suspect these targets will be achieved in next 10-15 years only.
I have worked for the complete concept for the remedial measures to improve the situation but, in democratic scenario but we have no answer to this situation nor the experts are speaking out whom expertise is being used for their own livelihood and more safer side to avoid themselves on detailed explanatory situation.I have also worked on the rising groundwater Problem of my Jodhpur City, the complete work is live on the blog @ http://jodhpur-groundwater.blogspot.com
It is really very crucial situation for me to do the best to take out those causes on the ground, those are buried under the interest of an individual and other Political Interest.
I have also worked on the policy, for the restoration of the tube wells by keeping a suitable balance between those public whose livelihood is based on the extraction of water, as the tube wells are not the natural configuration of this planet, but the Government is working in its own style without talking/touching over the raised facts. How we could improve this planet, in respect of Global Warming and Groundwater Depletion, in the situation those causes were being reported in Jan 2010 @ http://concept-of-global-warming.blogspot.in/2010_04_01_archive.html
The experts kept Relevant Suggestion to the "Concept of Global Warming" in Durban – UNFCCC to improve Global Warming – that the presence to clouds/water will be helpful in keeping the earth cool. Kindly, be in contact how we could move step by step for the welfare of this planet in more simpler ways through the Global Policy.
For that we have to establish the actual causes, early from the root factors but neither Central Government nor State Government is approaching for the right solutions.
